Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your WÜSTHOF products in their original blade guards and packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all components are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects the returned cutlery, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
